Q: Does Cellular Wholesaler sell new phones?
A: No, all Cellular Wholesaler phones are refurbished and have been previously activated. All our phones are 100% unlocked (Carrier and iCloud) and have been individually tested to ensure they are functioning correctly. We do not sell stolen or locked phones.
Q: Can I use any network with your phones?
A: Yes. All Cellular Wholesaler phones are unlocked and can be used on any network unless otherwise stated.
Q: Can I use the phone overseas?
A: Yes. All Cellular Wholesaler phones can be used with compatible networks overseas.
Q: Do your phones come with any warranty?
A: All Cellular Wholesaler phones are sold with a 30 Day seller warranty.
Q: My phone is out of warranty, do you do repairs?
A: Yes. At Cellular Wholesaler we have our own team of in-house technicians that can quote and repair all model handsets.
Q: I’m not happy with my phone, can I return it?
A: As long as the phone is in original condition the phone can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund (buyer pays for postage). A 10% restock fee may be applicable.
Q: Where are your stores?
A: We only sell online. Our distribution facility is based in Melbourne however we don't have the facilities to authorise click and collect. By saving on retail overheads we are able to pass significant savings on to you. We have the largest range of used iPhones and tablets in Australia and always endeavour to sell at the most competitive prices.
Q: Your prices are so cheap, are these genuine phones?
A: Yes. All Cellular Wholesaler handsets are genuine manufacturer handsets. We use our global purchasing power to bring you the best quality used and refurbished handsets from around the world at extremely affordable prices.
Q: When will I receive my phone?
A: The item will be shipped, within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. The item will be shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post or Star Track Express (express shipping fee applies). Most orders will be received within 24-48 hours of shipping depending on your location. Full online tracking is provided.

Q: How do I remove my iCloud lock on my iPhone?
